Family

Harold Rush is "retired" and with his wife, Barbara, has lived in Payson, Arizona since 1981. They have two children and five grandchildren. He is a former high school biology teacher in Indiana, college life science assistant professor at Grand Canyon College in Phoenix, and was a dentist in Payson for 26 years. Harold was an accomplished athlete in high school and college in football and track, also he has been a member of the United States Archery Team and competed in three world championships.

Education

Harold graduated from Friends University in Kansas with a bachelors degree in Biology, Emporia State University with an MS in Biology, Arizona State University with a Ph.D. in Zoology, and his DDS was earned at UCLA. Currently, he is taking computer and photography classes at Gila Community College in Payson and is an Adjunct Faculty member teaching General Biology there.

Interest

Harold's varied interest include hiking, archery, photography, oldies music, genealogy, plus collecting and studying insects. The web design knowledge obtained will be used to create a website for displaying photographs and information pertinent to each area of his interest.
